SVP platens are customized as per customer’s request, to accommodate various belt widths. 

Light Aluminum alloy cross beams, high strength bolts and nuts suitable to exert a maximum pressure of 2.5MPa. 

Voltage: commonly 220volts, 380volts, 440volts, 525volts and 660volts (we can also make as customer’s special requirement.) 

Quick water cooling device: 15~20 minutes. From 145 degrees down to 80 degrees or even lower. 

Heating time: from room temperature to vulcanization temperature, it needs about 20 to 30 minutes. 

Heating platen surface temperature discrepancies: up and down 5 degrees. 

The temperature adjustment range: 0 to 200 degrees 

Automatic control box: insulating and waterproof, security alarm, Auto power-off when reach the vulcanization temperature.
