The materials of conveyor belt are rubber, silicone, PVC, PU and other materials, which can be used for the transportation of ordinary materials, and can also meet the transportation of materials with special requirements such as oil resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-static.

There are many structural forms of belt conveyor, such as trough belt conveyor, flat belt conveyor, climbing belt conveyor, turning belt conveyor, etc. Lifting baffle, skirt and other accessories can be added on the conveyor belt to meet various technological requirements.

Conveying belt, also known as conveyor belt, is a composite product of rubber, fiber and metal, or a composite product of plastic and fabric, which is used for carrying and transporting materials in conveyor belt, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, anti-static and so on.

From the development of conveyor belt, the concept of rubber conveyor belt – canvas belt was formally put forward in America in 1795. After years of development, since the 21st century, with the popularization and application of calendering and extrusion technology, the market share of light conveyor belts which use more environmentally friendly TPU and can realize precise transportation is expanding, the width of light conveyor belts is further increased, and the product quality is greatly improved.
